1. General Terms

Top 1 Baji (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform" or "we") is an online gaming and lottery platform operated for users in Bangladesh. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of all services on the Platform.

By using this website or app, you are deemed to have automatically accepted these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Platform.

1.1 Scope of Application

These Terms apply to all Top 1 Baji services — including Sports Betting, lottery, high roller games, the VIP program, and any promotional activities. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and the terms of a specific service, the specific service terms shall prevail.

1.2 Language & Interpretation

These terms have been prepared in Bengali. In the event of any discrepancy in translation, the Bengali version shall be considered the official and authoritative text.

2. Account Registration & Eligibility

The following requirements must be met to open an account at Top 1 Baji:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Registration by minors is strictly prohibited.
• Each person may operate one account only.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, accurate, and up to date.
• You must register using your real name, your own phone number, and your own email address.
• It is the member's own responsibility to keep their password confidential.

2.1 Identity Verification (KYC)

As part of its security and legal compliance measures, Top 1 Baji reserves the right to verify a member's identity at any time. This may include requesting a copy of a National ID (NID), passport, or driving license.

2.2 Account Security

Keeping your account secure is your responsibility. Update your password regularly and keep two-factor authentication (2FA) enabled. If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately.

3. Deposit & Payment Policy

The following deposit methods are supported on Top 1 Baji:

• bKash — Mobile Banking Transfer
• Nagad — Digital Financial Services
• Rocket — Dutch-Bangla Bank Mobile Banking

3.1 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit per transaction is ৳500 and the maximum is ৳1,00,000. Daily deposit limits may vary by individual and are subject to change based on VIP tier.

3.2 Processing Time

Deposits are typically credited to your account instantly. If there is a delay due to technical reasons, please allow up to 30 minutes. If the issue persists, contact our support team.

3.3 Deposit Rejection

Top 1 Baji reserves the right to reject deposits from suspicious or unauthorized sources. Compliance with anti-money laundering laws is a legal obligation we uphold.

4. Withdrawal Policy

The following conditions apply when withdrawing your winnings:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawals can only be processed via the same method used for the original deposit.
• Each withdrawal may take anywhere from 10 minutes to 24 hours to process.
• Large withdrawals may be held pending completion of KYC verification.

4.1 Reasons for Withdrawal Rejection

A withdrawal request may be rejected or put on hold in the following circumstances:

• If the wagering requirements for a bonus have not been met.
• When an active investigation is ongoing on the account.
• If the payment details do not match the information on record.
• If suspicious transaction patterns are detected.

5. Bonus & Promotion Policy

Top 1 Baji regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. It is mandatory to carefully read the relevant terms before claiming any bonus.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a welcome bonus on their first deposit. The following conditions apply to this bonus:

• The bonus is available once only, on your first deposit.
• The bonus amount is generally up to 100% of the deposit, subject to a maximum limit.
• The wagering requirement for bonuses is a minimum of 30x (thirty times).
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled within 30 days of receiving the bonus.

5.2 Regular Promotions

Weekly reload bonuses, cashback offers, and special event promotions are available on a regular basis. These offers are time-limited and subject to change.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Attempting to claim bonuses through multiple accounts, false information, or any other fraudulent means is strictly prohibited. Any such activity detected will result in account termination.

6. Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to Sports Betting, lottery, and all other gaming activities at Top 1 Baji:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
• Updated odds apply to live betting once a match has started.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, the affected bet may be voided.
• If an event is cancelled, the stake will be refunded.

6.1 Sports Betting

6.2 Lottery

Lottery draws are fully transparent and conducted through a third-party verified RNG (Random Number Generator) system. Draw results are final and cannot be changed.

6.3 High Roller Games

A minimum balance and eligibility criteria apply for participation in high roller games. See details High Roller section.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Top 1 Baji:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Registering using another person's personal information.
• Using bots, automated scripts, or any other software to play games.
• Any attempt to manipulate the bonus system.
• Engaging in fraudulent activities against other members.
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Attempting to breach the Platform's security systems.
• Contacting the support team using abusive, threatening, or offensive language.

8. Account Closure & Suspension

8.1 Closure at Member's Request

Any member may request to close their account at any time. Any available balance should be withdrawn before the account is closed.

8.2 Closure by the Platform

Top 1 Baji reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account under the following circumstances:

• Upon evidence of a Terms & Conditions violation.
• If KYC verification fails or false information is provided.
• When an account has been inactive for an extended period (12 months).
• As directed by legal authorities.

8.3 Inactive Accounts

An account may be declared inactive if there are no transactions for 12 months or more. A monthly maintenance fee may apply to the balance of inactive accounts.

9. Responsible Gaming

Top 1 Baji believes gaming is for entertainment — not as a source of income. We encourage all members to play responsibly.

9.1 Available Protection Tools

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Session Time Limit: Decide in advance how long you intend to play in a single session.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a break for 1 to 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily suspend your account for a set period of time.

10. Legal Matters & Liability

10.1 Limitation of Liability

Top 1 Baji shall not be held liable for the following:

• Losses resulting from internet disconnection.
• Failure of third-party payment services.
• If account details are exposed due to the user's own negligence.
• Temporary service disruption due to unforeseen technical issues.

10.2 Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises, please contact our support team first. If the issue cannot be resolved through support, third-party mediation will be pursued. All disputes are governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh.

10.3 Service Changes

Top 1 Baji reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time. We will endeavour to notify registered members ahead of any significant changes.
